Take Folic Acid before you get pregnant

Before you get pregnant you need an adequate folic acid intake. This reduces the risk for certain birth defects, such as spina bifida.

From Administration to Agency

The National Food Administration has been renamed to the National Food Agency. It is only a name change and the activities of the Agency will remain the same as before.
