Avian influenza

The Swedish Board of Agriculture has issued new regulations on account of cases of avian influenza (SJVFS 2007:16). These regulations contain, among other things, rules on the content of the commercial document that has to accompany consignments when exporting poultry meat to another EU-country.

There are no model commercial documents for this type of trade, instead it is the responsibility of the dispatching establishment that the consignment is accompanied by the required wording when exporting this type of consignment.
