Data outputs from queries on allergenicity made on this web site are freely available for distribution and publication, on the following provisions: 

  • The integrity of the information must be preserved.
  • The source (i.e. EVALLER™ and the National Food Administration / the Linneaus Centre for Bioinformatics, Sweden) should be clearly stated. Moreover, the date of its last update must also be specified.

Amino acid sequences deposited in the EVALLER™ repository were retrieved (2007-05-28) from EntrezProtein (NCBI) http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?db=Protein, using the accession numbers appearing on the publicly available AllergenOnline (http://www.allergenonline.com), maintained by the Food Allergy Research and Resource Program (FARRP) of the University of Nebraska.
