Matlab implementation of Omnibus Multi-Branching Divisive Hierarchical Clustering (OMB-DHC) “A competitive omnibus performance criterion for divisive multi-branching hierarchical clustering” by Soeria-Atmadja et al. (submitted).
Please note that our OMB-DHC version is implemented in Matlab code and therefore demands Matlab core program, as well as the Statistics toolbox of Matlab.
The zip-compressed file named “OMB-DHC.zip” appearing in the right field contains a short manual file, as well as scripts and functions for both OMB-DHC clustering, as well as graphical representation of result output. Moreover, a demo script is available, which performs OMB-DHC clustering on one of the 2-dimensional dataset present in the manuscript. More information on files can be found in the short manual.
